Welcome to the website for the RUF Campus Ministry on the campus of Jackson State University! Feel free to view pictures, keep abreast of upcoming events, listen in, and find out more about the ministry and staff. This site does not merely function to help US keep YOU posted about what we do and who we are. We also hope that YOU will communicate with US through it. On this site, YOU can do the following:

  • Schedule meetings with the Campus Minister. Just click on the "Want To Meet With Elbert" Tab, and you will be taken to a page that explains why these meetings are important and be given a link that takes you to his calendar. Follow the instructions on that page, and you will be booked! It's that simple. He doesn't have an administrative assistant, so this is the next best thing!

  • Read about the Small Group Bible Studies we offer AND sign up for them! Once you sign up, you will begin to receive information about the day and location of that Bible Study.

  • Be added to our mailing list in order to receive our Quarterly Newsletters and periodic prayer requests. These newsletter help us remain in close contact with those who give, pray, and help us serve at Jackson State. To be added to this list, click on the "Want to Partner With Us" Tab!

  • Be added to our RUF Text Messaging Group. The Campus Minister will send out weekly reminders about our Large Group Meeting and other RUF activities. Remember, you can opt out at any point. We will not send you SPAM, give your number to other people, or bombard you guilt laden texts that tell you to forward this text to 10 people if you really love Jesus. To sign up to be added to our Text Messaging Group, simply text JSURUF to the number, 41411 or put your number in the "widget" below and click "subscribe"
